YEREVAN. – They say the upper echelons of power in Armenia already are drawing the overall picture for 2017 and 2018, Irates De Facto newspaper reported.

‘“Bets’ are placed on specific people who should become the framework for the future authorities.

“Among them is Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, with whom the current authorities have pretty big expectations, preparing [him for] a higher position.  

“They want to ‘create’ a future Prime Minister from him,” Irates De Facto wrote.
