RECENTLY, I opened my postbox and was surprised to see a letter from the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).
Getting such letters gives you a mixed feeling for it could be a debit notice or credit. As a retiree (I am in my mid-60s) I feared for the worst, most probably a debit.
