Jitu to play Yamraj

Chidiya Ghar’s Gadha Prasad, played by actor Jitu Shivhare, will take on the form of the Lord of Death – Yamraj.
In an interesting sequence, Babuji (Rajendra Gupta) tells Gadha that Yamraj looks like him and Chitragupta resembles Kapi (Saraansh Verma). And Gadha dreams about the Lord of Death and sees him in his own form. Things become even more interesting when he asks for intelligence as a boon from Yamraj.
Jitu says, “My character is a simpleton at heart and believes anything that’s told to him. Essaying the role of Yamraj was an interesting experience as I had to get into the imposing form of one of the most feared Gods in Hindu mythology. The change in look and costume set it apart from my regular appearance.”
Chidiya Ghar airs Monday to Friday at 9 pm on SAB TV.
