Duggar baby registry: Dr. Pepper, Fanta, Olive Garden gift card

Who says all baby registry items need to be for the baby?

Jill Duggar, 23, and Derick Dillard, 25, headed down to their local Walmart on Monday to create their baby registry and Dr. Pepper tops the list as the weirdest item they asked for.

“Derick said we should put Dr. Pepper on there, because if you have late nights, you have to have caffeine,” Duggar told People. “And I told him, ‘I like Fanta,’ so he put that on there and some Gatorade, as well.”

Dillard posted a picture via Instagram of their outing, which was captioned: “Having fun creating our baby registry! Looking forward to ‘Baby Dilly’s’ arrival in just 6 months! #babydilly #babyregistry #derickdillard #jillmdillard”

Other puzzling items on the list include gift cards to Olive Garden and Subway, 10 boxes of cereal and a Straight Talk gift card, which is a pay-per-month cellphone service.

Dillard also posted a picture of the expectant mother announcing that they are officially in the second trimester.

The “19 Kids and Counting” stars announced their pregnancy after just eight weeks. The registry says the baby is due March 24.

In the meantime, the couple celebrated their anniversary at Olive Garden. “Lunch date at Olive Garden with my amazing husband on our 12 weekiversary!”
