Two-headed girl died in Karachi
The baby girl was facing difficulty breathing and died during treatment.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muhammad Ali’s wife Farzana resident of Korangi Town Karachi gave birth to a two-headed girl yesterday at a private hospital but the girl died the very next day on Thursday.
According to the details, doctors had told Farzana that she would be giving birth to twin babies but they were unaware that the doctor’s incompetence would turn their happiness to dismay.
After the girl was born her situation became critical and she was rushed to National Institute of Child Health (NICH) where she died during treatment.
According to the doctors the two-headed girl was facing problem in breathing and her case was different so a surgery could not be conducted. Nowhere in the world has a case like this gone through a successful surgery.
Doctors said conditions like these get predicted in the third month of pregnancy and considering such cases incurable, abortion is conducted in the developed countries whereas such practices are not carried out in Pakistan.
