Job Description-

The Delivery Manager will report to the Lead Delivery Manager in the Global Data Services team within the Information and Analytics organisation. The Delivery Manager will be responsible to-

• oversee the technical design and delivery of a single business intelligence capability project and oversee multiple small projects if required.
• actively manage the project team resources delivering BI Solutions back to the business.
• decide how to staff the delivery team to support the project timeline and budget parameters.
• should escalate risks and issues to the Lead Delivery Manager in a timely and concise manner.
• uses external market knowledge to improve IT performance.
• remove barriers to delivering exceptional internal and/or external customer service.
• focuses effort on continuous improvement, work simplification, and the elimination of non-value added work.
• makes timely decisions, balancing analysis with decisiveness, moves on and takes action.
