Missing out for the first time in a number of years was the club’s premier league side, but the executive is looking towards rebuilding the side back to the power it was in past years.
“We did not have much luck,” club president Anthony Boza said.
“Before we even started, we had nine players from the season before unavailable and then once the season started, we suffered a number of long term injuries.
“Coach Graeme Osborne did a magnificent job with what he had.
“It was a tough season, but Osborne still gave his all each week in a bid to get the best out of what he had.
“There are several good players coming through the junior ranks and we are confident the Wolves will again be a dominant force.”
The first division, under 18s and Oz League all made it through to the semi finals with the juniors going on to contest the finals.
The Wolves will honour their best this Saturday night at the Lithgow Workmens Club at their annual presentation.
They would like to thank all their sponsors, volunteers, executive, coaches, trainers and players and are looking for a bigger and better year in 2015.
