Another man, Ramsagar Mishra, recorded a clip of the incident and uploaded it on a social networking website. An onlooker, Vijender Singh, Mishra and the unidentified youth were booked under sections 353 (assault or criminal force to deter a public servant from discharging duty) and 143 (being member of unlawful assembly) of the IPC by the Nalasopara police.
