Rima, Kunchacko will team up for a comedy

The movie Azhakiya Ravanan released 17 year ago, but even now, Sreenivasan’s character in the movie, Ambujakshan, and his novel Chirakodinja Kinavukal, would bring a smile to every Malayali’s face.
It looks like Ambujakshan’s dream to make a movie is coming true through Santhosh Viswanathan’s upcoming project, Chirakodinja Kinavukal.
If sources are to be believed, Sreenivasan will once again play the role of Ambujakshan in this film, which will have Kunchacko Boban and Rima Kallingal in lead roles.
This is the first time the actors are teaming up for a movie.
Its director confirms the news and says, “We are planning to treat the story in an entirely different manner. The out and out entertainer has so many surprises in store for the audience.”
However, the director is tight-lipped about the details of the movie. “The movie has a different story and will have all the commercial elements. Kunchacko and Rima will sport a new look in it. I cannot reveal all the details. But I can assure you that it will be a fun ride,” says Santhosh.
The movie, which will be shot in Kochi and Thodupuzha, will go on floor in November.
