Delta Galil deploys Infor M3 ERP solution globally

Delta Galil, an Israeli manufacturer and marketer of global private label apparel products, has expanded the international deployment of Infor M3, an Enterprise Resource Solution (ERP) solution by Infor solutions, a leading provider of business application software.
Infor M3 was installed in Delta Galil by Infor local partner Intentia Israel, specialized in international ERP projects at Israeli and non-Israeli companies, with a unique implementation methodology.
The multi-site, multi-country and multi-company ERP solution was successfully installed in Delta Galil, which blended well with the dynamics of Delta Galil’s business with its fashion industry functionalities. In particular the flexible style, color, size and fit matrix and global inventory management features of Infor M3, will help Delta Galil improve the management and supply chain of products for a wide range of leading brands and customers, according to a press release.
The M3 ERP solution offers ultimate flexibility in operations, technology, and scale. Infor M3 helps manufacturing organizations to adapt to changing business needs. It provides flexibility in managing mixed-mode and complex environments, with the ability to make quick adjustments at any time. It is a comprehensive, centralized ERP solution built for medium- to large-scale manufacturers and distributors.
The vice president and information systems manager of Delta Galil, Avi Avital said, “Our implementation of Infor M3 is a direct continuation of our specialization strategy that is designed to support Delta Galil by embedding best practices in every area of business. The CEO of Intentia Israel Uzi Yaari said, “The capabilities of the IT group within Delta Galil, combined with the rapid implementation methodology from Intentia, have helped deliver this project on time and on budget.”
Fashion industry director of Infor solutions, Bob McKee said, “Delta is a prime example of the success that comes from collaborating across a supply chain instead of trying to control it.”
