A man shot dead his sister-in-law and her sister in a domestic dispute at Dhoke Mekan of Mohra Noori, Gujar Khan here on Monday.
The killer managed to escape after committing the crime while police has begun probe into double murder.
According to details, Liaquat quarreled with Sajida Bibi, wife of his brother Qurban, on some domestic issue. He then suddenly pulled out a pistol and opened indiscriminate fire on his sister-in-law. Meanwhile, Khalida, sister of Sajida, rushed to rescue her sister but Liquat also fired at her. After committing the crime, the killer fled the scene. The dead bodies were shifted to a nearby hospital where doctors conducted autopsy and handed them over to their heirs.
