The family of Shaheen Tanki, one of the four boys from Kalyan who are said to have joined the terrorist organisation ISIS in Iraq, has claimed that they received a phone call a few days back from him. Shaheen told his family that he and the others will soon come back from Iraq.

During the 10-minute call, Shaheen assured his family that all four are in good health since their basic needs at the facility are taken care of by an anonymous trust, adding that they are safe and sound and have not done anything for which their families will have to suffer.

According to a relative, who requested anonymity, Shaheen's mother pleaded with her son to return home. "I'm not keeping well, when will you come back? We are waiting for you, we want to see you."

Talking to dna, the relative said, "The call had come a few days back. Shaheen had a word with his mother who has not been eating regularly out of worry. However, after talking to him, she seems to be in a better condition. Shaheen is mature enough to keep away from terror or related things. When he returns, all allegations will be put to rest. Though he has not mentioned any date or time, we know he will return soon."

A senior police officer from Kalyan division says, "We have asked the families to give in writing their claims of their children not joining ISIS'. So, if they know about the four men's whereabout, then there is nothing to worry. We are still in the dark about their location and other basic details. However, on one hand they say that they do not have much communication with the four, yet Shaheen has contacted them over the phone. Last time he with the news of Arif Majeed's death."
