Sargodha: FSc topper from Punjab College awarded car, laptop and Rs3 lakh cash

Moatar Qalb secured 1,015 marks and topped the Sargodha board exams in FSc.

KHUSHAB (Web Desk) – Moatar Qalb from the Punjab Group of Colleges, who secured 1,015 marks and topped the Sargodha board exams in FSc, was awarded a laptop, Rs300,000 and a trip to Murree by Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif.

The shining star took admission in Punjab College and obtained first position in Intermediate Part-I exams. At that time, she received Rs200,000 from college administration. This time, she was awarded an 800 CC car for obtaining top position in the FSc exams.

Moatar Qalb has three sisters. One sister is doing MBBS while other two are mentally disabled.

Talking to Dunya News, her father Mohammad Ashraf and mother Nargis Perveen said they are proud of her daughter. Moatar Qalb credited her parents’ prayers and teachers’ untiring efforts for her success.

“I am lucky that I have found an institution like Punjab College in Joharabad. Due to which, my parents and teachers are feeling proud today,” she said.

Another student of Punjab Group of Colleges Maryam Kainat secured second and Rana Shahzeb obtained third positions in Sargodha board exams.

 

OTHER RESULTS 

 

On the other hand, Punjab College student Ahmed Rehan topped Lahore Board’s Intermediate Part 2 exams by obtaining 1,043 marks. Afra Siddiqui and Muhammad Sultan of Punjab College secured second place by obtaining 1,037 marks. Evidently, the third position was also secured by a Punjab College student Shafia Khalid with 1,036 marks.

Out of first 32 positions in Faisalabad Board, Punjab College students swept 28. Seemab Imtiaz secured first position with 1,024 marks, Zainab Asif was placed second whereas Bushra Murtaza secured third position.

Punjab College maintained its hallmark in Gujranwala as well by securing top 15 positions. Walid Azam topped with 1,039 marks, Tehreem Raza was placed at second while Hamza Tariq secured third position.

Punjab College students also secured top positions in Pre-Engineering, Commerce and General Science groups.

In Pre-Engineering from Sahiwal, all first three positions were secured by the Punjab College students. Noorul Saba obtained first position, Farzeen Akram second and Ayesha Anam was placed at third place.

All top positions of General Science, Commerce and Humanities groups also went to the Punjab College students. In Multan Board, Mehran Sattar obtained first position after securing 1031 marks whereas Iqra Khalid secured second and Kainat secured third positions.

Punjab College students also shined in exams of the Bahawalpur Board as at least six positions went to the Punjab College students. Malika Ismail of Chishtian obtained second and Ahmed Latif secured third positions.

In the Pre-Medical discipline, Punjab College’s Ramisha Talat obtained second and Sheraz Aslam secured third positions.
