Vivaan Shah to play a dangerous gangster in Mastan

Vivaan Shah who reportedly plays a hacker in Farah Khan’s Happy New Year will start shooting for his next after the film’s release. Called Mastan, it’s a gangster movie set in the ’80s  and will have Shah playing a gangster who is involved with crime since his college days. “My character is called Mastan Bachcha Khan. He is like a kid who becomes a gangster. He looks like a kid, but he’s a tough guy and very dangerous. My dad (Naseeruddin Shah) plays a don in the film, while Monica Dogra is the female lead,” said Shah adding that they will shoot in Mumbai and Dubai and will take off in November.  The film will be helmed by debutant Rocky Khanna and produced by Sunil Bohra.
