Actor Manav Gohil was on a trip to the US recently and one of his agendas was to try out skydiving.
The actor, a self-confessed adventure sports junkie, had tried his hand at bungee jumping the last time. He says, “I love the adrenaline rush that adventure sports give you. Skydiving is something different. When you are rushing down at a speed of 19 miles/hour, it is something else.And more than the dive, I was praying that the parachute should open at the right time and give me a safe landing.”

With a young daughter and wife waiting for him back home, wasn’t he scared of taking such a plunge? “No, I knew nothing would happen. It’s just that you are in a different world when you skydive. And falling from such a great height helps you get rid of your fears,” he says.
