Ingosstrakh OSAO : Insurance Company Branch in Tyumen has Provided Insurance for Property and Liability of a Major Power Company

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Branch in Tyumen has insured the assets and liability of a major power company. The total amount insured under the property insurance contract amounted to RUB 112.5 m. Civil liability for injury resulting from an accident at a hazardous facility (OS GRO) is insured within the limit of 25 million rubles.

According to the terms of the property insurance contract, protection is provided for 20 specialized vehicles. The policy provides protection against fire, stroke of lightning, natural disasters, illegal acts of third parties, accidents and other risks.

The compulsory program of insurance of the liability of the owner of a hazardous facility provides compensation for the damage caused to life, health and property a third party, including the company's employees, as a result of an accident at a hazardous facility. In accordance with the applicable legislation (Federal Law No. 225-FZ of July 27, 2010), the limit of compensation for damage caused to life and health of each aggrieved individual is up to RUB 2 m.
