AutoCrib Acquires Lauyans & Company assets

September 8, 2014 - AutoCrib acquired the Small Parts Storage System (SPSS) technology assets and products from Lauyans & Company, an engineering and manufacturing company providing conveyor systems, storage systems and permanent magnet solutions. This strategic acquisition will enable AutoCrib to integrate Lauyans’ vertical storage solutions into its own product suite and support the company’s growth into the direct materials segment of the manufacturing industry. Under the agreement, AutoCrib will procure all solutions and technology of Lauyans’ SPSS, a vertical lift module technology. Lauyans will maintain operation of its three other product categories: Engineered Product Solutions, Overhead Conveyor Solutions and Permanent Magnet Solutions.
