A 14-year-old boy was hit by a Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority commuter rail train near Islington station Monday evening, according to officials.According to a Keolis Commuter Services spokesperson, the teen was alive after being hit, but did suffer multiple traumatic injuries and was taken to a hospital via a medical helicopter.Service on the Franklin Line was suspended while an investigation was underway.No other information has been released.Stay with WCVB and WCVB.com for the latest information.
