Polish firms not in hurry to go online [IntelliNews - Weekly Reports]

(IntelliNews - Weekly Reports Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Data provided by Eurostat showed that nearly 40% of Polish firms have no online presence at all showing that companies in the country remain largely at odds with new technologies, particularly Internet services, Rzeczpospolita daily reported.

At the end of 2013 just 7% of Polish companies were using at least two types of social media and merely 3% managed a company blog or microblog.

Unlike western companies, Polish firms are still unwilling to conduct any marketing campaigns. Polish companies are much more traditional than their western counterparts and ad campaigns tend to be more conservative.
