Zagreb bourse's turnover falls 21% m/m to EUR 30mn in Aug 2014 [IntelliNews - Weekly Reports](IntelliNews - Weekly Reports Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The monthly turnover on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) dropped 20.8% m/m to HRK 227mn (EUR 30mn) in August, the bourse said. The stock turnover fell 21.2% m/m to HRK 168mn in August and the turnover of block transactions with shares dropped 74.4% m/m to HRK 2.2mn. Also, the bond turnover narrowed by almost 10% m/m to HRK 17mn. On the other hand, the OTC market turnover increased by 13% to HRK 2bn. The CROBEX10 index of the bourse's 10 most liquid companies advanced 1.1% to 1,043.99 points, while the other important stock index - the CROBEX of 25 companies, rose 2% to 1,850.73 points. Bond index CROBIS inched down 0.2% to 104.0869 points, while CROBIStr inched up 0.2% to 133.8186 points. The companies with the largest market capitalisation in August were oil and gas company Ina (30.2% of total), followed by telecommunications company T-HT (9.5%) and lender Zagrebacka Banka (9.2%).
