Brazil claimed a 1-0 win over Colombia on Friday evening, in their first fixture since the return of Dunga as coach.

The Selecao, whose World Cup ended in embarrassment following 7-1 and 3-0 hammerings by Germany and Holland respectively, have returned to their 1994 World Cup-winning skipper as they head towards next year's Copa America.

And in Miami, Dunga's new-look side claimed victory over Los Cafeteros in a volatile match - featuring seven yellow cards and a red for Juan Cuadrado - with new captain Neymar the hero after a stunning 83rd minute free-kick.

The Barcelona forward - whose World Cup was ended when the two sides met in July's quarter-final clash after a crude challenge from Jose Zuniga - curled the ball from the right-hand edge of the penalty box, clipping the inside of David Ospina's post and leaving the Arsenal keeper powerless.

It was Neymar's 36th international goal in 55 caps, a record which puts him sixth on Brazil's all-time leading scorers, having already superseded the likes of Ronaldinho, Rivaldo and the legendary Jairzinho.

New Manchester United signing Radamel Falcao also featured, coming off the bench for the last 13 minutes, while Chelsea trio Willian, Oscar and Ramires all started for Brazil.
