MUNGER: The modesty of a young woman, an employee of the Indian Railways posted at Jamalpur, was outraged repeatedly for the last four years by a few persons.
The victim, in her complaint petition, said two youths exploited her sexually after she passed her Intermediate examination in 2008 and even after enrolment at a private institute at Jamalpur for learning computer.

The head instructor of the institute, Shashi Kumar, she wrote in her petition, used to sexually harass her for some years. When she appeared at the BA examination, Shashi stopped her result allegedly in connivance with the university staff, the woman said adding she was taken to Parbatia in Bhagalpur to the house of one of Shashi's friends where she was raped after being administered sedative.
When she woke up in the morning she found herself almost naked. The accused showed her a video clipping and threatened to place the same on internet if she divulged the matter or lodged any complaint with anyone. They had also kept her family members in confidence and as such, no complaint was made anywhere by them.
After being continuously raped by the two youths including Shashi Kumar, son of Virendra Prasad, resident of Keshopur locality under Jamalpur police station and Sunny Kumar Mehta, son of Lal Bahadur, resident of Daulatpur railway colony, the woman recently filed a complaint petition before the court of chief judicial magistrate, Munger, who, after recording her statement, ordered the Jamalpur PS to lodge FIR against both the accused named in the complaint petition.
Jamalpur SHO Pankaj Kumar said on the receipt of the court order along with the copy of the victim's complaint petition, an FIR against Shashi Kumar and Sunny Kumar Mehta was lodged under Section 376 IPC besides eight more sections of the IPC. The police are investigating the case, said Munger SP Barun Kumar Sinha.
