AHMEDABAD: Gujarat chief minister Anandiben Patel will inaugurate a 3-day long ‘Agri-Tech Asia-2014’ exhibition at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar on 3rd September.
Nearly 500 delegates representing Gujarat and other states of the country will take part in the event. Beside them, representatives from Indian Government, Agricultural secretaries, Managing Directors from State Marketing Boards will make deliberation on the Agricultural Crops Insurance.

The exhibition will be showcasing the knowledge on modern agricultural technique, crop produces, and new researches. It is organized as a pre-cursor of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors’ Summit-2015 to be held in January, next year.
The Chief Minister will also launch National Seminar on ‘Agricultural Crops Insurance’ in the presence of Union Agricultural Minister Radhamohan Singh at the same venue on September 4.
During this 3-day conference, deliberation will be held on banks working in the field of Agri Crops Insurance, directive lectures by the experts from Public Sector Units, discussion sessions and group discussions.
