The launch into a glamourous world

The finale of the ‘Megamart Megamodel Hunt ‘14’ culminated in style and grandeur recently at the grounds of Bowring Institute. 

Organised by Prasad 

Bidapa Associates, the hunt concluded the search for the hottest faces in Bangalore. Fifty aspirants were trained and groomed with his team of experts in the categories of ramp, print, body, television and film. 

The winners in the body category were Aditya and Jantee, Taha and Medha, Film; Shiyas and Nidhi, TV; Bunty and Sonali and Runway; Jibran and Reetee.

The finalists were trained in the areas of ramp modelling, photographic posing, television and film acting, body sculpting, grooming, make-up and hair styling. 

They were judged by a panel which included businessman, Parvez Damania, Carol Gracias, Yash Patnayak and Hemant Trivedi. 

At the event, Prasad Bidapa said, “This contest has been the launchpad and nurturing ground for people who have become successful in the entertainment industry. With our team of grooming experts and mentors, the contest picks out the best of models in various categories from across India, creating superstars for the fashion, film and television industry.” 

The Autumn Winter ‘14 collection was also unveiled. The fifty were selected from a rigorous auditions that were held on August 12, where close to 300 hopefuls were present. 

The models will be managed and promoted by Prasad Bidapa model management headed by former supermodel, Zoheb Yusuf.
