Selmeston crash involves coach and mobile crane

A coach carrying passengers has been involved in a collision with a mobile crane on the A27 in East Sussex.

The crash happened at Selmeston, between Lewes and Polegate, at 16:10 BST.

No-one was seriously hurt among the adult coach passengers, who were temporarily accommodated at the nearby Barley Mow pub, police said.

The A27 was closed for an hour, and motorists were urged to use alternative routes and follow diversion signs.
