Andhra University administration is making efforts to make the university paperless by introducing e-Governance and online correspondence, Vice-Chancellor G.S.N. Raju said while launching online payslip dispatch system on Monday.
Payslips of teaching and administrative staff of the university would be sent to their e-mail addresses through www.auvsp.edu.in.
Security codeBar and security code are given to protect misuse of the information.
The Vice-Chancellor appreciated Director of Information Management Centre of the university S. Prasanna Sree and her team for introducing the online method.
Prof. Prasanna Sree said that the administrative circulars, notifications and other information would be sent to teachers and employees through emails.
This process would also save working hours. Rector E.A. Narayana, principals C.V. Raman and P.S. Avadhani, Registrar K. Rama Mohana Rao, professor of Computer Science and Systems Engineering V. Vallikumari, and Controller of Examinations K. Samrajyalakshmi participated.
