Krishna University (KRU) Vice-Chancellor V. Venkaiah inaugurated the two-day ‘Arts, Commerce and Science Exhibition’ on Andhra Loyola College (ALC) college premises here on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, the VC said exhibitions, seminars, workshops and debates will provide opportunity for students to learn beyond classrooms, which is very much necessary in the present society.
Expos will help students to develop relations, creativity and team work, he said.
Explaining that life skills are required for a youth apart from academics, he called upon the students to inculcate critical analysis, emotional and creative thinking, computer and IT skills and time management.
ALC principal Kishore, staff S. Raju, Bala Showry and others participated in the programme.
