ISLAMABAD - Islamabad Leopards finish the inaugural day at 92-4 wickets in 29 overs against Fata Cheetas in their Inter-Region U-19 Three-Day Tournament Group-B match played here at Diamond Cricket Ground Sunday. Sajawal Riaz was unbeaten at 39. M Ibrahim took 2 for 18. Islamabad after winning the toss invited Fata to bat first, who were bowled out for 207 in 58.1 overs. Usman Khan made 61; Asjad took 5 for 38 while Abid also chipped in with 3 for 41. In Pool-C match, Karachi Zebras ended day-1 at 39-1 in 11 overs against Rawalpindi Rams. Sheraz was still at the crease at 26. Earlier, Zebras skipper won the toss and opted to bowl first. His decision failed to pay off as Rams made mammoth 338-7 in allotted 83 overs. Zeeshan and Nouman fell in nervous 90s. Zeeshan made 99 and Nouman 91. –Staff Reporter
