Lights, camera, action: Shoot of Ranbir Kapoor's Roy kickstarts in Malaysia

Bollywood's Rockstar Ranbir Kapoor's upcoming film Roy finally gets a kickstart. The shooting has begun in Malaysia.

Jacqueline Fernandez, who will play the female lead in the movie, posted a photograph from the first day of the shoot on her Instagram page.

Jacqueline and Ranbir will share screen-space for the first time in this film.

She captioned the pic as, "Busy first day... #roy #viewfrommyhammock #malaysia #islandlife."

The actress left for Malaysia in mid-August for a two month schedule and Ranbir will join the crew in September.

"Roy", which also features Arjun Rampal, is being directed by Vikramjit Singh.
