Penang MIC passes resolution against hudud law practice

BUTTERWORTH: Penang MIC members unanimously agreed that the state MIC is strongly against the implementation of the hudud law in the nation as one of their resolutions.

Penang MIC chairman M. Karuppanan (pic) said they respected Islam as the national religion but they would not accept the hudud law.
