Kapurthala, Aug 30 (ANI): The family of two Indian brothers, who are among the many workers held in Kuwait, pleaded the government to secure their release and safe return to the country. Brothers Manjit Singh and Daljit Singh hail from Punjab and were arrested with many Punjabi workers in the Arab country on Friday. Kuwaiti officials arrested more than a dozen Indian workers for allegedly murdering two Egyptian nationals. Family members of the two brothers said they had received a call from Manjit, telling them about the bad circumstances they were facing. Manjit’s wife, Jagdish Kaur also urged the government to do everything they can to bring the two back. The arrest of the workers was brought to light after workers in Kuwait sent a plea to the Indian government.
