The Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research [IGCAR], Kalpakkam has invited applications for recruitment from eligible and interested candidates for Technical, Administrative, Auxiliary & Stipendiary Trainees Category - II posts. Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research [IGCAR], the second largest establishment of the Department of Atomic Energy next to Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, was set up at Kalpakkam, 80 km south of Chennai [MADRAS], in 1971 with the main objective of conducting broad based multidisciplinary programme of scientific research and advanced engineering, directed towards the development of sodium cooled Fast Breeder Reactor [FBR] technology, in India.

Eligibility

Age Limit:

Candidates' higher age restrict shouldn't exceed 30 years. Age relaxations might be relevant as per the principles.

Education Qualification: HSC or SSC and ITI relevant field with minimum 60 per cent of aggregate of marks, certificate for Stipendiary Trainees Category-II. and SSC (Matriculation) for Driver posts, B.Tech degree with wpm 30 words in English for UDC, diploma in relevant disciplines for Scientific Assistant-B posts.

Selection Procedure: An interview and a written test would be conducted to shortlist candidates.
