An Irish Funds Industry Association (IFIA) Corporate Governance group have been engaging with the Central Bank on a Corporate Governance Code for Fund Service Providers (fund custodians/ depositaries and administrators). This engagement with the Central Bank concluded and the final Corporate Governance Code for Fund Service Providers is now available on the IFIA website
