Benjamin Stambouli will undergo a medical at Tottenham
Montpellier have reached agreement with Tottenham for the sale of defensive midfielder Benjamin Stambouli to the north London club.
The 24-year-old former France Under-21 international is now heading to England to undergo a medical and put pen to paper with Mauricio Pochettino's side.
"MHSC and Tottenham Hotspur FC have reached an agreement regarding the transfer of Benjamin Stambouli," a statement on the Ligue 1 club's website, www.www.mhscfoot.com.
"He will go to London in the next few hours to undergo a medical and finalise his contract."
