Li steps up at Ralph Lauren Home

Lauren LiNew York – William Li has been named president of Ralph Lauren Home, succeeding Ian Sears.

Li spent more than the past four years as senior vp of the home division, working to building the brand globally. As the No. 2, he has been actively involved in senior management decisions.

“Mr. Li’s strong leadership skills, in-depth understanding of the home market and the company, and his well-established partnerships internally and externally will position him well in this new role,” Ralph Lauren Corporation said in a statement.

Sears, who held the president’s post for three years, is relocating to the West Coast. His last day with Ralph Lauren will be Oct. 10.
