Trisha on cloud nine, thanks to Dookudu's Kannada remake
Trisha is on cloud nine and for all the good reasons these days. Earlier this year, she joined the sets of Gautham Menon's new film in which she's paired up with Ajith and soon after that, she was offered the lead role in Balakrishna's upcoming film. Now, her debut film in Kannada, Power has been getting phenomenal response all over Karnataka.
Power, starring Puneet Rajkumar and Trisha, is the Kannada remake of Mahesh Babu's Dookudu and Trisha had played the lead role, which was originally essayed by Samantha.
Madesh had directed the Kannada version and 14 Reels banner had produced it. The film, which released today, has opened to positive reviews and it's poised to break several records in Karnataka.
Interestingly, the actress has made her debut in Kannada more than a decade after she began acting and this film's success, apart from positive response for her performance, just proves that she hasn't lost her mojo yet.
