Prelude Services, which provides information technology services for the senior-living and affordable-housing industries, relocated to a 24,000-square-foot office in the Rossmoyne Business Center at 5095 Ritter Road in Upper Allen Township.



Pennsylvania Head Start Association and the Pennsylvania Association for the Education of Young People leased 1,613 square feet of office space in the Harrisburg Transportation Center at 415 Market St. in Harrisburg. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented the landlord.

Drayer Physical Therapy Institute LLC of Swatara Township opened outpatient physical therapy centers in Athens, Ala., and Stockbridge, Ga.


Barton Education of York will provide mechanical and electrical design services for renovations to the 1,300-square-foot data center in Blocker Hall at Harrisburg Area Community College's Wildwood campus.

Gorman Twist LLC bought an Auntie Anne's franchise in the Lebanon Valley Mall at 2231 Cumberland St. in North Lebanon Township from MPT Pretzel Inc. LMS Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.

Ekta Hospitality LLC will build a Holiday Inn Express on five acres it purchased at 120-122 Walnut Bottom Road in Shippensburg Township from Anna M. Wiser. NAI CIR represented the seller.

Quandel Construction Group of Harrisburg was named Manheim Central School District's owner's representative for an 8,500-square-foot addition to its middle school for a new district administration office. The first floor will include offices for the superintendent and assistant superintendent, conference and seminar rooms, a kitchenette and waiting area. The second floor will include other offices, storage and a records room.

Kuai Lu leased 1,000 square feet of space in Village Commons at 2005 Miller Road in East Petersburg for a China III Chinese restaurant. LMS Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.

RDLP Harrisburg LLC purchased 12,500 square feet of office and warehouse space at 7429 Allentown Blvd. in West Hanover Township. NAI CIR represented the seller.

Quandel Construction Group will build an 18,500-square-foot dining hall for the International Sports Training Camp in Monroe County. The project will include an upper-level dining hall with seating for 300, supported by a full kitchen, with a large deck overlooking the lake. The first floor will include large and small meeting rooms and support spaces. The building will be a combination of wood frame construction with structural steel columns, elevated concrete deck for the second floor and slab-on-grade construction at the lower level. Sitework for the building includes a low-pressure gas system and underground storage tanks, relocation and rerouting of overhead power, sanitary lines and required stations and a new domestic water well. There also is a separate sprinkler well project. The project is scheduled for completion in January.

IntermixIT, an information technology provider for small businesses, relocated to 4309 Linglestown Road in Lower Paxton Township.

Indigo Bleu opened at 39 W. Philadelphia St. in York.

Michael Natoli, doing business as Natoli Motorsports, purchased 39.5 acres at 1107 Petersburg Road in South Middleton Township to re-open the South Mountain Dragway. NAI CIR represented the sellers.

ARCP ID Mohnton PA LLC purchased the 91,319-square-foot Iron Mountain warehouse on approximately 13.5 acres at 30 Kremp Road in Brecknock Township, Berks County, from Archive Warehouse LLC for $9.35 million. Marcus and Millichap represented the buyer; LMS Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

SAAarchitects of York will work on three projects for the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, including construction of two PennDOT infrastructure support facility buildings near Bendersville and Greencastle for about $230,000 each. The third project is an addition to the kitchen facility at the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs's Hollidaysburg Veteran's Home in Blair County. It is estimated to cost about $150,000.

SAAarchitects will provide architectural support to KCI Technologies Inc. for construction of a new, approximately $4.5 million boiler facility at the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare's Selinsgrove Center, a residential hospital for people with intellectual disabilities.

York-based Katherman, Briggs & Greenberg relocated its Lancaster office to 1776 Harrisburg Pike.

Get Air Harrisburg LLC leased 24,300 square feet of space in Union Square Shopping Center at 3901 Union Deposit Road in Susquehanna Township for an indoor trampoline park. LMS Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.

Global Data Consultants LLC, an information technology and consulting firm, leased 19,838 square feet of office space at 4700 Westport Drive in Lower Allen Township. NAI CIR represented the landlord.

Bailey Travel Service/Travel Time relocated its York office to 2474 N. George St. in Manchester Township.

William Werzyn Jr. purchased land from The United Methodist Home for Children Inc. on Simpson Ferry Road in Lower Allen Township for additional parking for West Shore Window & Door at 5024 Simpson Ferry Road. Campbell Commercial Real Estate Inc. of Lemoyne represented both parties.

Barton Healthcare will provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services to renovate a 1,200-square-foot biochemistry lab and a 2,500-square-foot microbiology lab at Penn State Hershey Medical Center's Cancer Research Center.

CB Yuzu Asian Cuisine Inc. leased 2,103 square feet of space in Station Square at 32 McGovern Ave. in Manheim Township for a restaurant. LMS Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.

Bush Associates & Co. bought a 29,011-square-foot industrial building on approximately 2.2 acres at 216 Wohlsen Way in East Hempfield Township from Koskap Partners for $1.35 million. Newton Real Estate Advisors Inc. represented the buyer; NAI Commercial Partners Inc. of East Hempfield Township represented the seller.

MT Construction Inc. purchased a 7,515-square-foot commercial property on approximately five acres at 613621 Laudermilch Road in East Hanover Township, Dauphin County, from Alfred T. Irvin. Re/Max Delta Group Inc. represented the buyer; NAI Commercial Partners represented the seller.

Signal 5 Fitness LLC leased 7,000 square feet of space in Derry Street Properties at 7400-8000 Derry St. in Swatara Township. LMS Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.

Mount Rose Chicken LLC leased 2,808 square feet of retail space in Mount Rose Plaza at 1045 Mount Rose Ave. in Spring Garden Township from Mount Rose Plaza LLC for a Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen restaurant. Bennett Williams Realty Inc. of Springettsbury Township represented both parties.

Advance Auto Parts opened a store at 57 S. Third St. in Lemoyne.

C&D Restaurants LLC leased 2,218 square feet of retail space at 470 W. Lincoln Highway in West Whiteland Township, Chester County, from Paramount at Exton LLC for a Zoup! restaurant. Bennett Williams represented the tenant.

Titan Construction and Maintenance LLC of Lower Paxton Township completed work on an auditorium at South Mountain Restoration Center, a 159-bed long-term care facility in Franklin County, in July. The project included renovation of the stage floor, the 4,000-square-foot auditorium floor and the stadium seating.

Williamsport-based Larson Design Group signed an open-end contract with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission for engineering design services. The contract will be for a period of four years or $900,000, whichever occurs first, and will cover a number of services, including conducting field surveys, plotting topography and cross sections, developing erosion control details and narratives, developing right-of-way plans, preparing hydraulic reports for waterway approvals, performing traffic counts and preparing construction plans and estimates.

Murphy & Dittenhafer Architects of York will convert the former market master's office in York Central Market into a new visitors' information center. The space will be rehabilitated and restored to its original 1888 appearance and provide new display areas, interactive smart screen technology, a customer service counter and other informational components to assist visitors. The plan also includes provision for future souvenir sales. Construction is expected to be completed in the fall.

Murphy & Dittenhafer will provide design and build services with Dorgan & Zuck Building Contractors Inc. for renovations to WellSpan's York Women's Health Center on South Queen Street. The project includes improvements to patient check-in and checkout areas, improved flow, and office space renovations, as well as interior design services for the entire facility. Construction is scheduled for completion in the fall.

Pyramid Construction Services Inc. of Wormleysburg will make showroom renovations at McCafferty Ford of Mechanicsburg on the Carlisle Pike in Hampden Township. The project is scheduled for completion early next year.

Post Acute Medical LLC leased 6,750 square feet of office space at 1828 Good Hope Road in Hampden Township from Good Hope Office LP. NAI CIR represented tenant; CBRE Inc. represented the landlord.
