MALACCA: The Education Ministry is ready to implement English as a compulsory pass subject for Sijil Penilaian Malaysia (SPM) examination from 2016.
“Students who are sitting for their PT3 examination this year will be the first batch to undergo the new system,” said Deputy Education Minister Datuk P. Kamalanathan.
