The police on Wednesday filed a supplementary charge sheet against Tehelka co-founder Tarun Tejpal before the Principal and District Sessions Judge B. P. Dehpande at the fast-track court here with additional information obtained during the investigation of the Tehelka journalist sexual assault case.
Dy. Superintendent of Police Sunita Sawant, Investigating officer told The Hindu that they have put on record the transcript of communication between the victim and the Tehelka Managing Director and some emails under the provisions of Section 65 B of the Information Technology Act.
