I would like to draw the attention of authorities concerned to the bad condition of roads and unhygienic environment in the Bandlaguda locality.
There has been an increase in the number of accidents here due to bad roads which are not well lit.
There are large pits on the road which is uneven with stones and boulders, making it extremely inconvenient to drive on it, especially during the night. There are three colleges and one school on the stretch and more than 5,000 students pass on it every day. Another problem is that of garbage lying on the roadside which attracts flies and mosquitoes. Added to the misery are water clogging and dead animals dumped on the roads. Such unhygienic conditions have made our locality a breeding house for several diseases.
I request the authorities to look into the matter and take action to improve the conditions.
