Rana to team up with Akshay Kumar and Taapsee

Almost two years after acting in a Hindi film, Rana Daggubati has confirmed that he'll be joining the team of Neeraj Pandey's upcoming action film, Baby. Akshay Kumar and Taapsee are playing the lead roles in this film and rumours are rife that it's a cop drama with Rana playing a serious role. Few weeks ago, Rana himself had stated that he was contemplating about taking up more projects in Hindi and sources close to him suggest that Neeraj Pandey has offered him a meaty role in the film.
The actor is expected to join the shoot in mid-September. Incidentally, Rana's full-fledged role in Hindi was also that of a police officer in RGV's Department, which released in 2012 and the next year, he played a cameo in Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. On the other hand, the actor is busy juggling between Baahubali, Rudhramadevi in Telugu.
