Puneeth Rajkumar chooses Ramya over Trisha?

It looks like Puneeth Rajkumar will not be in the city to promote his latest release in Sandalwood, Power ***, which is the official remake of the Telugu blockbuster Dookudu that starred Mahesh Babu. The film, which has created a lot of hype before its release, will not have Puneeth promoting the film.
The delayed release of the film because of Censor trouble has now ensured that Puneeth will be missing during its release because he has committed his time for the ongoing AKKA function, say sources in the know.AKKA, which is scheduled to be held in California this year, is an annual Kannada conference by NRI Kanandigas in America, who celebrate films, culture and entertainment. Ramya is also supposed to be there, among other Sandalwood stars.
Since Puneeth is not going to be there, heroine Trisha is promoting the film, along with Neetu Chandra, who has done an item number for the film.
