Singham girl Kajal Aggarwal will return to Bollywood, a year after 'Special Chabbis', as Chandramukhi. After a long search, director Sudhir Mishra has finally zeroed down on the Southern star to essay the lovelorn courtesan in his adaptation of Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay's Bengali novel 'Devdas'. Now, with Kajal on board, Sudhir is ready to put the films on floors next month.
Richa Chadda will essay the role of Parvati aka Paro while Rahul Bhat who plays the lead in Anurag Kashyap's 'Ugly' is the modern-day Devdas.

If Sudhir has chosen them to play such pivotal roles, it goes without saying that they are talented," he points out, adding: “The film is a modern version of Devdas so I don't have to grow my hair."
