There is a legend of 18 year old Rani Ratnavati and her secret lover-a tantric whose attempt to charm the princess through his magic was foiled by her. As a result, before dying (he became a victim of his own occult practiced on the young princess) he cursed the city with impending destruction and the very next year it was completely destroyed in a battle and almost everyone perished including Ratnavati.
A strange intoxicating smell greets the visitors at Bhangarh. Nightmares, accidents and scary experiences haunted the stay of the film's team at Bhangarh.
