In 2014: Said Owens: “I think we had a great summer. We went to the University of San Diego’s team camp, played six big schools … it was a great learning experience for us. Our skill guys needed it. We got beat up a little bit, which was good, it makes us tougher. We’re excited about this season because we have more depth at positions. We don’t have that big D-I guy. We’re in a position that if one guy isn’t performing, we can put in another guy. We haven’t had that since I’ve been here. We have more quantity this year. | |
