Italy : TELECOM ITALIA announces expansion of LTE coverage in FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) TIM is continuing the implementation of its Ultra Internet 4G service across Italy as Telecom Italia s mobile unit announced the network expansion to a total of 15 municipalities in Friuli Venezia Giulia, an increase from the 8 stated in February. The service provides download speeds of up to 100 Mbps and upload speeds of 50 Mbps. At present, TIM s LTE network covers more than 65 percent of the Italian population.
