Rohit Shetty's 'Singham Returns' has kind of brought back a smile on both Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor's faces. After failing to make a mark with their previous films, 'Singham Returns' has somehow brought them back to the game.

After netting Rs 100 crores by the end of its fifth day at the domestic box office, which is the fastest for Ajay Devgn, 'Singham Returns' continued to rake in good moolah and earned around Rs 112.59 crore in the first weekend itself. Ajay Devgn's previous best was 'Son of Sardaar' which crossed the coveted Rs 100 crore mark in 16 days. But with 'Singham Returns' he seems to have broken all his records, crossing the milestone mark in a matter of 5 days.

The film has already passed Ajay Devgn's 'Golmaal 3' which was also his career best. 'Golmaal 3' had earned Rs 107 crore and 'Singham Returns' has straight away crossed that mark in a week.

From the pace of the film, it can be stated that the film will definitely cross the Rs 150 crore mark soon although nearing the Rs 200 crore mark looks a little difficult.
