Increase the power output of your Volvo V60 PHEV with this new optimization package

Polestar, Volvo’s racing and tuning partner, has announced a new upgrade package for the V60 D6 Plug-in Hybrid (which, sadly, isn’t available in the US). The Polestar Performance package adds an extra 15 hp and 22 lb-ft of torque, bringing total output up to 298 hp and 494 lb-ft. The enhanced V60 is the most powerful diesel Volvo you can get, with a 0-62 time of six seconds. Fuel economy and emission levels remain the same.

Polestar Performance is installed by a Volvo dealer, and does not void the warranty.

“The Polestar optimization for the V60 D6 combines strong fuel economy with performance. We are happy to be able to offer Volvo customers more driving pleasure in combination with the latest hybrid technology, a very interesting area for the future,” said Polestar Marketing Director Hans Bååth.
