Charges laid in rollover on QE2

An Airdrie man has been charged with impaired driving, after a serious crash on Highway 2.
It happened Sunday night; a pickup truck travelling northbound near Airdrie rolled into a ditch.
A 49-year-old passenger was ejected from the vehicle, and was taken to hospital in critical condition, and remains in intensive care.
The driver also suffered injuries.
Timothy Gerald Willemsen, 49, is accused of several offences including impaired driving causing bodily harm, dangerous driving, criminal negligence, and driving while disqualified.
