(l-r) YTL Communications chief executive officer Wing K. Lee, Intel South East Asia managing director of sales and marketing Prakash Mallya and Acer Sales & Services Sdn Bhd general manager Ricky Tan together launched Yes 4G's new Acer Iconia One 7 Super Postpaid bundle plan that will offer customers a free Huddle XS and the 7in Acer tablet for a limited time.

YTL Communications has partnered with Intel Malaysia and Acer Malaysia to offer the Acer Iconia One 7 Super Postpaid plan.

As part of its early bird promotion, customers will also receive a Huddle XS 4G hotspot and Acer Iconia One 7 tablet for free.

“This early bird bundle plan is a continuation of our efforts to make the benefits of mobile 4G Internet more affordable to everyone,” said YTL Communications chief executive officer, Wing K. Lee.

However, the company declined to elaborate and details such as the pricing will only be revealed on the launch date.

The plan will be available exclusively at all Yes Stores and Yes Exclusive Retail Partners starting Aug 28 but only for a limited time.

The tablet runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and has a 7in HD IPS display and 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor. It will also come with the Yes Life app which will allow users to make video calls and send text messages using their Internet plan.
